POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to oversee all audio, video, and lighting production for all services and ministries; oversee live broadcast production, multi-site video feeds, live webcast; and provide leadership to and supervision of all individuals involved in these ministry areas.
HOURS: Mon-Thur. 8:00-5:00; Evening Rehearsals; Evening Ministry
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervisory responsibilities: Manage the Audio, Video, and Lighting staff and volunteers.
Serve as the primary video director for weekend services, rehearsals, and special events.
Serves as a system contact for all AVL technology-related communication
Must have a high level of expertise in Live Audio, Broadcast Video, and Lighting technology.
Schedule, setup, and staff all audio, video, and lighting requests for special events (weddings, funerals, conferences, departmental needs for ministries, etc.)
Help recruit, train, and oversee AVL staff and volunteers.
Carry out the vision for the Technical department’s operational and strategic planning, by managing day-to-day projects and providing input regarding the allocation of resources.
Work with the Worship Team and Creative Arts Team to produce all technical elements for service production to include stage layouts, light plots, color schemes, etc.
Investigate, research, plan, and install new and innovative uses of multimedia technology to continually enhance the corporate worship experience.
Correspond with all outside vendors/supply companies for new/repair equipment.
Plan, acquire, and maintain all existing AVL technology equipment for all Trinity Church and school campuses.
Develop a maintenance and supply stock schedule to keep equipment and supplies in working order.
Be willing to cover additional responsibilities deemed as necessary for fulfilling the requirements of this position.
Help develop the Vision, Mission and Values Statement of Trinity Church and Grow in personal discipleship through: Bible study, Life groups, Prayer, Giving of Tithe and Offerings.
Establish departmental goals and objectives in coordination with the overall strategic plan of Trinity.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Communications, or related degree. Requires 3-4 years of related work experience with multimedia technology; 2 yrs management/supervisory experience. Have strong technical knowledge of multimedia technologies. Maintain strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards.
Moderate application support experience. Proven experience in Multimedia infrastructure planning and development. Combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered. Position requires extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
