Part-Time Marketing Assistant: 10-15 hours per week. Position will work office hours and some weekend hours.
Summary: Serve the church by supporting the Communications Department organizationally by keeping monthly inventory, executing internet marketing schedules with a strong emphasis on social media (photography, posting on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter) using industry best practices and providing marketing insights to further the reach and impact of Trinity Church. Assist with basic event photography at specified events and post as directed.
Essential duties: Must be a member of Trinity Church. Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk for periods of time.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. The ability to perform the required physical elements of the job (listed above). Has the ability to prioritize and coordinate a large number of daily tasks. Must possess a high level of initiative and be highly detailed with excellent organization skills. Proficient in MS Office. Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop helpful. Proficient in the scheduling and use of social media with an excellent understanding of best practices and associated apps.
