Part-Time position (20-25 hours per week). Hours to be determined.
Position Summary: Maintain positive, relevant, and resourceful relations with the clients and volunteers of Heartline and the community of Lubbock. Operate and grow educational programs at Heartline. Provide prenatal resources, counseling and support to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma; Counseling Degree preferred; 3-4 years related experience, counseling and strong spiritual background. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have some education and strong counseling experience. (license is not required). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining good working relationships. Possess professional phone manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to promote good public relations and communications. Must complete client advocate training and continue education regarding crisis pregnancy, STDs, STIs, and business relations of a crisis pregnancy clinic.
Must be a member of Trinity Church.
