POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Communications will lead the Communications Department and All-Church Marketing Campaigns. This person is responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy; oversee all aspects of media and communications for the church including web, social media sites, Trinity App, mass email communications, publications, advertising, press releases, and direct mail; provide creativity, innovation, vision and leadership to the Communications Department, ministries of Trinity Church, Trinity Christian School, Senior Pastor, and Senior Leadership Team.

QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field; 6 years experience in communications, public relations, or media related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the minimum required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job; 3 years of management/supervisory experience required; must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web design, and Photoshop; Excellent written and verbal communications skills;  Highly detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Must be a member in good standing of Trinity Church.
